Review
Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator is a saga of military flight simulators set in World War Two chiefly and created by Microsoft Game Studios. Inspired in the first civil flight simulator of Microsoft (Microsoft Flight Simulator), the saga has launched 3 editions to date, each one of them set in a different environment from World War Second and the third one set again in Europe (Northwest) in 1943.
In the third release of this saga Microsoft Games developers change the line of development of the model of flight based on Flight Simulator for a lot more realistic flight simulator which has little to do with its ancestors. This is a sort of point of inflection in the saga.
Besides, the action takes place in Europe, exactly in the Northeast, and it is focused on a dynamic campaign where the player's decisions and actions determine the development of historical events.
Regarding the interface, the structure of the menu is simple and offers us the different options by means of deployable menus. And the background is constituted by a 3D picture composed by the same software than the simulation game. |
